Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping delivers in 1-2 business days. International shipping times vary by destination but generally take 7-14 business days. All orders ship within 24 hours on business days, and you'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the delivery date. Items must be in original condition with all packaging intact. For defective or incorrect items, we provide free returns and exchanges. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Prescription lenses have a separate return policy - please contact our support team for details.

Yes! Most of our frames can be fitted with prescription lenses. During checkout, you can select the prescription option and upload your prescription details. We work with certified optical labs to craft precision lenses with options for blue-light filtering, anti-glare coating, and progressive lenses. Prescription orders typically take 7-10 business days to process.

Clean your lenses with the provided microfiber cloth or lens cleaner. Avoid using paper towels or clothing. Store in the provided case when not in use. Keep away from extreme temperatures and chemicals. For wooden frames, occasionally apply a small amount of beeswax to maintain the finish. Our frames are durable but not indestructible - handle with care.
